Notice for Woodrow Medical Centre Patients

If you are looking to register at The Medical Centre, please come in to the surgery in person to collect a registration form, rather than speaking to a member of the team first. Please feel free to come in any time Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm. The surgery is open all day.

You will need to bring your ID and NHS number if possible.

Please make sure you have at least a month’s supply of your medications and that any immediate problems have been dealt with by your existing practice.

Please be aware Woodrow Medical Centre remains open until the 31st December 2018.
